An industrial property in Hicksville has sold for $3.835 million.
Qu Charles Lee purchased the 25,656-square-foot building on 1 acre at 495 West John St.
The building was previously occupied by Qbedding, a Flushing-based supplier of bedding products.
The sellers, Queens-based Real 495 LLC, turned down higher offers for the property and accepted a discounted price because of a prior relationship with the buyer, according to Mario Asaro of Industry One Realty.
Asaro and his Industry One Realty colleague Andrew Gonzalez represented both buyer and seller in the sales transaction that closed last week.
